SIMPLY SESAME BUTTER CLASSIC PISTACHIO & CARDAMOM CHIA PUDDING!

CHIA SEED PUDDING RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS:
- ½ cup chia seeds
- 1 ½ cups of plant-based milk
- 2 tbsp. Simply Sesame pistachio morsels and cardamom
- ½ cup Fresh cut fruits like strawberries, pomegranate and kiwi.
METHOD:
- In a bowl mix, all the ingredients (along with half the quantity of the sesame butter) except the fruits. Whisk this well and let it soak in the refrigerator for about 3-4 hours or overnight.
- Top it with a dollop of the Simply Sesame pistachio morsels and cardamom and freshly cut fruits. Serve chilled.
NOTE:
- It’s best consumed when fresh, however, the leftovers can be stored in a mason jar and refrigerated for 4-5 days.
- You can also add more toppings of your choice, like nuts, granola, dried fruits etc.
- You can use any plant-based milk of your choice. We have used almond milk for this recipe.
